Help!! im living in a fantasy word?

18, have no friends, , never anything. parents old , inconsiderate, never fun. ask them take me disneyland said they'll think it. stuck in house everyday doing nothing daydreaming 24/7 fantasy world ******* perfect, wonderland. think starting loose it. dropped of college cz couldn't endure bullying , bad self-harm has become daily thing. suicide has been option aswell. therapist not helping me @ all, nods , listen me. feel she's doing job. not care anymore dont eat in time, got skinny, wont eat @ all. im fixated imaginary world makes me happy. never given chance have friends, , think it's unfair cz lots of ppl age having fun lives. fun delusion. becoming schizophrenic. tried joining clubs , stuff, turned out disasterous. not want join clubs , not want conform myself "typical teenage life" make life more exciting. do! please help!

find difficult make friends , want @ least one.
