How to improve my grades?

have 3 c"s , d , 1 b+. in science there test coming up, , 2 days later ba. in math have c. had b until couple days ago when got c on benchmark. , in english theres nothing coming big hard boost c. in month or if don't have b- or better i'm going lose of electronics weekend , i'm freaking out. suggestions on how boost grade within month?
