wondering if building dream home more wiser , affordable buying off market. i've noticed lot of homes have want missing major things me call "my dream home" , home, never want move again. if have build wouldn't hire construction company me. me , family handy when comes building/fixing things. we've added room + bathroom parents home. know have buy land isn't of problem. in dream home, want ghere everything. what's opinion on this? i've gotten families + friends agreement , approval if decode build.
