How to move to Australia permanently?

i'm doing bachelor of science in nursing , sophomore. still have 2 more years go. i've worked in chemistry laboratories in school , looking voluntary work in hospitals. went australia during summer break year , loved there much. don't have family or relatives there yes totally new place me.

wondering how move australia permanently , live there. move once degree in 2 years. suggestion new graduates? processing lengthy? how salary down under nurses? willing sponsor new graduate nurses? love know more in details willing help! btw i'm 21 years old , living in us.
