Cockatiels beak too long?

birds beak growing long. had been on parrot mash diet long time. had exams last 2 3 weeks , bored of diet. switched on seed, fruit, veggie, rice , whole grain diet since easier prepare. otherwise healthy , active. i'm wondering if fatty liver disease. had been on seed when in pet shop before got year ago. can trim beak, live in india , dont have avian vets, cuttle bone or parrot pellets.
