since doesn't go below 50 live i'm going assume mean farenheight.

should wear thermals, , several layers of clothing. thick coat lining , hat, scarf good. if it's snowing should wear boots not shoes , 2 or 3 pairs of socks , gloves if you're going out long time. e.g playing in snow.

otherwise if you're going out corner shop or commuting in car or on bus work, need 1 pair of socks, strong sensible shoes protect feet, thick trousers or tights if you're female , care more appearance how cold are, vest shirt, jacket , outer coat, scarf hats , gloves cold won't out long.

what wear?! live goes below 50.
