Do you agree to be old and wise, you have to first be young and stupid?

agree in order old have young first, given perceive time in linear fashion, , simple observation confirms natural order of things. possible young person wise though, don't think necessary stupid first. however, 1 of favourite sayings quote here (and seems cause absolute mayhem reason):-

fool thinks wise man, wise man knows fool.

imagine 'fool' , 'stupid' regarded @ same thing, rendering above comments gibberish, leads me question have asked several times:-

comes first: wisdom or intelligence?
