Birdfeeder has been up for 5 months and no birds coming to it! Help!?

okay, 5 months ago bought red pennington gazebo birdfeeder , filled birdseed , on window hook on big picture window outside. been 4 or 5 months , no birds coming it! bluejays can't land on feeder knock onto ground. there can attract them? thanks!
