3mm aluminium armature wire for a sculpture?

cannot change property of aluminum easily.

can use else in addition armature wire, e.g. piece of wood can tape/bind/screw/glue armature wire required. use steel binding wire fasten 2 of armature wires give more strength. twist 2 of alu wires together, give more strength. if that's not enough use more 2 wires twist together.

i using 3 mm armature wire sculpture s soft , bendy hold required weight. has ideas how can harden without becoming brittle?
