How to glue rubber sole back onto hiking shoes?

have pair of old hiking shoes/sneakers like. use them "adventures" , snow aren't worn , bottom studs still there. unfortunately, think old age has dried glue on rubber/fabric interface on bottom , both toes coming off.

there flexible glue can use rejoin without worrying breaking? since prolly put under stressful conditions when wear them usual?
