Can you post the same ad for multiple cities on Craigslist?

1 way around make image ad. takes little more time, @ first, once down, it's pretty simple. free capture program, @ jing.com, , capture picture of actual text ad. can host @ photobucket.com or somewhere that. give link picture. post link in craigslist ad area....and there go. still need switch titles little, accomplish goal of posting same ad, without getting flagged craigslist. hope helps.

i'm trying make bit of money before holidays come around. increase chances of ad being seen people interested , perhaps sell item i'm trying sell lot faster.
