Best spot in Niagara area to Propose?

think niagara-on-the-lake romantic area propose. there nice park there called queen's park that's right on niagara river @ mouth of lake ontario. can see ft. niagara ny across river , there's small gazebo right water. there numerous b&b's right in front of , along front st. , of course nice restaurants downtown short walk away. gets frigid in winter though, better propose there in spring or summer!

consider niagara botanical gardens or fort niagara state park. however, both of these places can pretty crowded if you're there during summer months. guess time right, hour before close or after open.

i want know romantic view/setting/place in niagara region fell in love 2.5 years ago in niagara falls area. live in states. want find perfect spot pop question. specific suggestions? niagara on lake somewhere?
