Why are catholics encouraged to marry other catholics?

sacramental marriage requires it. sacrament ministered couple each other. priest witness church.

many non-catholics not consider matrimony sacrament more being valid minister of it.

on other hand there no magic in marrying catholic. there thousands of successful mixed marriages , thousands of broken catholic marriages.

why catholics encouraged marry other catholics? homework that's due tomorrow!
