What To Do... Toilet Problem?

know not pleasant of topics discussing, suffer lazy bowel syndrome , have ever since small child. however, finding myself needing go toilet i've not been able pass 4 days after use of powerful laxative. it's affecting appetite struggle finish full meal due feeling full , bloated, though on go @ work day burns off more fat, energy , calories. have started new job wondering if perhaps may due change , not feeling settled, getting me down , can't worry situation. tips or advice given appreciated, thanks.
