Is it safe to Naproxen+ Gabapentin with Tylenol w/ codeine?

mom went doctor today pain in entire leg , doctor diagnosed inflamed nerve (the 1 goes butt bottom of leg). prescribed naproxen (500mg), gabapentin (300mg) , tylenol w/ codeine #3(unknown mg). instructed drink first 2 pills meal, 2 times day , tylenol when has severe pain , can't take anymore. drank 1 naproxen , 1 gabapentin @ around 1pm glass of milk , bread....and 3pm drank 2 tylenol w/ codeine without food. called me @ around 6:30 asking if can go pick work because feeling dizzy. says starting feeling bad around 5:30 , symptoms dizziness, little lightheaded, nauseous, little stomach pain , tired. of caused this? of been because mg handle? because didn't take medications meal or because drank them close each other? ok cause right doesn't feel nauseous before , doesn't feel dizzy?
