used science couldn't answer question origin of universe or of big bang, didn't mean should make answer (such god) , cause. within last few decades scientists have discovered answers. of course, scientific explanation more complex saying, "god did it."

quantum mechanics shows "nothing," philosophical concept, not exist. there quantum field random fluctuations.

there many well-respected physicists, such stephen hawking, lawrence krauss, sean m. carroll, victor stenger, michio kaku, alan guth, alex vilenkin, robert a.j. matthews, , nobel laureate frank wilczek, have created scientific models big bang , entire universe arise nothing random quantum vacuum fluctuation in quantum field -- via natural processes.

in relativity, gravity negative energy, , matter , photons positive energy. because negative , positive energy seem equal in absolute total value, our observable universe appears balanced sum of zero. our universe have come existence without violating conservation of mass , energy — matter of universe condensing out of positive energy universe cooled, , gravity created negative energy.

know doesn't make sense in our newtonian experience, in realm of quantum mechanics , relativity. nobel laureate physicist richard feynman wrote, "the theory of quantum electrodynamics describes nature absurd point of view of common sense. , agrees experiment. hope can accept nature — absurd."
