Internet Explorer PROBLEMS HELP!!!?

ok has started 2 days ago , have no idea happened started when got virus (i have avg) saying virus identified win64/patched.a says been cleaned pops time time , when im on internet explorer facebook , them switch on youtube, internet explorer start whole new internet explorer (not tab) , go random website. plz ran ccleaner hundereds of times , avg still isnt working!
