can run 8 miles, people can't that.
time good. there no such thing bad 8 mile time.

need 1 set own goal. find out want , it. other people can't tell goal aim for.

i have 85 minute 8 mile run time on hilly hawaii roads. good? please - no answers 1mile run times x8. it's unrealistic keep 6-7 minute pace 8 consecutive miles. optimal time? thanks!
