Is 3000mg Acetaminophen Fatal?

acetaminophen ok. opiate habit not. acetaminophen nothing in terms of getting 'highs' either.

taking medication when don't need has unnecessary risks though...

i have friend recovering opiate addict. acquired 6 hydrocodone tablets 7.5mg hydrocodone/500mg acetaminophen, , figured talk him out of saying how bad would/could liver. 3g of tylenol lethal? or cause permanent liver damage?
