here's text of rule:
stroke — after start , after each turn, swimmer’s shoulders must @
or past vertical toward breast. swimmer permitted 1 or more leg
kicks, 1 arm pull under water, must bring swimmer surface.
shall permissible swimmer submerged distance
of not more 15 meters (16.4 yards) after start , after each turn.
point, head must have broken surface. swimmer must remain
on surface until next turn or finish. beginning of first arm pull,
body shall kept on breast. both arms must brought forward on
water , pulled simultaneously.

for swimming short course, how many yards or meters can stay underwater butterfly kick? want extend kicking duration, not disqualified.
