Sharp chest pain on left side, what is it?

hey, i'm 17 years old , i've been having extremely sharp chest pain on left side, right under breast. lasts less minute each time, find myself unable breathe, talk, or move when happens. happens 1 or 2 times daily , has been lasting year or 2 , i've had enough! know if serious, concerning heart? or what? thank you
