No electric motors got speed more than 3600rpm ?

o.k. i'm blind motors tech. got 2 questions :
1. " motors' 220v, output power 2hp 3000rpm ", mean: input power 2hp[about1500-1600kw] ? in-hp = out-hp ( equal ) ?
2. said electric motors got limited speed no more 3600rpm. so, when electric motor got hi-speed ( example: 12,000rpm ), because gearboxes ?
means: if make out-rpm > in-rpm, but/then out-hp < in-hp ( if rpm getting faster, hp getting weaker ). what's truth ? ... how " spindle motors 60,000rpm " ? have out-hp that's smaller/lower in-hp, because got extremely high rpm/speed output ?
