I SWALLOWED A LONG TAILED LIZARD PLEASE HHELP ADVICE!?

holding longtailed lizard pet it, crawled onto , tried grab couldnt. somehow got neck , when grab body slid , ran mouth. tried push out tongue fell deeper , caught tail ripped off , wiggling everywhere. lizard fell down throat, cant feel right jsut tingling in stomach littlee..
