Cockroaches in movie theater?

local movie theater in town seems have roach problem. have on 2 recent trips seen 3 cockroaches 1 alive, 2 squashed. not health code violation? it's pretty gross. think wouldn't allowed serving food considering infestation.. should something?

have part time weekend job , in second year @ university. make £500 month. according pension funds, if pay 10% (£50) month, company double , money government means pay less £50. there different types of funds available, easiest being 'target fund' investment company moves money based on age. there index trackers , other equities/funds. can advise better long time investment.
