Why chat room is closed,what is the alternative.?

feel yahoo open chatrooms again after few months. in opinion yahoo has made big mistake many years ago in allowing 1 user make many id. result same chatroom user comes in many id or wants. in crowd chatrooms activities dirty ads , bad languages , fights.
alternatives suggest open ur own conference ur buddies online...sent msg ur buddies online tell them time , date. give them many options on dates , time. when see many online buddies come @ same time can invite them own small conference of 5 10 online buddies. inturn can invite online buddies. can have same chat or play songs or sing too. not great? try knows can find fun.
