looking buy video card , curious terminology means. instance, 1 video card says 1gb , 128-bit on in title, other 1 1gb , 256-bit, , final 1 2gb 256-bit.

question is, these numbers mean, , how of difference make? i'm debating on getting 1gb 256-bit 1 @ moment, want make sure i'm making right decision before drop huge chunk of money on it.
