Is getting off the cruise ship in Ensenada worth it? Is it relatively safe to do so?

yes is..... i've been there 4 times year. think unsafe places more south. best bet not go anywhere ouside tourist area. don't forget think own towns...there bad area somewhere.. , know not go around bad areas in area , stay in downtown area on safe .
love there spoke different locals , same thing "there nothing in our small poverty full town cartel b looking for". , lobster downtown great!!!
