Can too much bass from music kill a person?

went first concert today. hip hop/rap type of concert alot of base in music. dubstep. standing in range speakers , after 30 mins or felt uncomfortable. didn't vibrating feeling in chest , sound waves pushing me back.

question came mind. can loud bass coming speaker interfere heart rhythm? since body made out of water that vibrations goes echos through you. can harmful?
