Any good, non-chemical wasy to kill ants?

ants coming nest there might 2,000 ants , need killed along queen. liquid terro, ants sugar, or combat bait cheap , attract ants , take nest , in couple of days ants gone.

i've been having major problems ants around home recently, point if put dinner down few minutes i'll come being covered in ants. don't using chemicals, have suggestions of way can kill/repel them naturally.
