What are some cuddly birds?

cockatiels may not talk much, very affectionate , cuddly! have 1 got when few months old , attached me, never leaves side (shoulder haha) asks neck scratches time, sleeps on me, , sits on lap whenever i'm eating dinner. he's happy whenever come home , has such distinct personality never thought possible bird. plus, don't need giant cages , beginner birds. can train them tricks , whistle (mine whistles happy birthday , various iphone ringtones scifi one), talking little difficult unless have lot of patience , time on hands! copy noises well. cockatiels never stop loving :)
