Should I go to the doctor for this?

i've had chronic nausea past 6 or months. , when chronic, mean every hour, every minute. no matter when, what, or if eat or drink, it's horrible. i'm afraid if go, doctor isn't gonna able find out what's wrong. nausea bascially symptom of everything. fiancé asking me go, every other day. he's worried it, , wants me stop hurting. so..should i? pretty waste of time?
