Is it worth going abroad alone far away from family?

19 first time abroad. in army , stationed in germany 4 years.

know lot of people it's great , not great, truth experience make it.

spent total of 9 years in germany. had great time both times.

i've vacationed in 30 countries around world , have never had bad time.

1 tip recommend learn language. can learn little or lot. choice yours. more learn of people, history , culture more accepted , treated well. shows took time learn them , care.

luck , don't forget have fun.

i'm wondering if worth studying abroad away parents , family????

have part time weekend job , in second year @ university. make £500 month. according pension funds, if pay 10% (£50) month, company double , money government means pay less £50. there different types of funds available, easiest being 'target fund' investment company moves money based on age. there index trackers , other equities/funds. can advise better long time investment.
