Can't connect to the internet, can't find solution on google?

i'm using windows 7 laptop , telus router.

it's between laptop , router i'm having issue. have 2 other laptops , both work fine.

when run troubleshooter, keeps saying "can't identify problem". says in tray connected (both wirelessly , hard wired router) nothing connect on laptop. firefox, msn, have you.
