Knee pains please help! 10 points!?

knee has been hurting week now. hurts on top, under , around knee. feels it's going dislocate minute now. there large bruise dark greeny black covering knee. hurts bend , stretch knee. feels little tingley. had wrestling tournament today , after knee got worse. idea wrong?
p.s torn muscle feel because might have torn 1 @ tournament.
