Afraid to put in contacts?

wearer of contacts 2 years, know how feel. i'd let know there no chance of them getting stuck, because of natural lubricant of eye, , it's proven fact can't roll of eye. trick taking them out slide them left or right side of eye, cause wrinkle up. can grab fold made , take out. goes without saying, should in front of mirror. further hands on help, talk local optometrist (eye-glass people).

please help. i've got these new cool colored contacts i'm afraid of putting them in. if stuck? or move of eye? or if accidentally stab eye out? , how take them out? i'm afraid d:
