Should I wait a year to go to college?

want go college. live in new orleans , want go houston college. don't want stay in city. love hometown gotta go. senior , pressure getting me , it's stress. mother thinks it's bad idea, want save as can pay college. if wait year, it's going productive. artist, love photography, go art school , train in visual arts. art school good, young artist have long way go. won few contests in photography. want sell art nobody has money , bit shy, sold few though. i'm not saying best, @ photography. love much. it's more winning contest. makes me happy. don't need fancy expensive camera, love do.


anyway, don't know while wait......i can overcome shyness , start selling more guess.... want take break, not going party , sit on a** year. help? idea? please , thank you.....
