How can I go about breaking the handle off of a ceramic mug(10 points!!!)?

if can locate ceramic floor installer (there @ least 1 in every town installs flooring) ask them if cut handle off , grind smooth. can , job , if charge more 5 bucks, supprise me. may free. know because wife , rock cutting hobby , have cut ceramics too. cuts easier rocks! we, floor installers, use diamond studded blades cuts ceramics wood saw cuts wood! 'flooring' in yellow pages.

i have mug don't handle on. it's small use. know how break off handle cleanly , sand down , paint , such. thank in advance!
