can ask parents/people xbl gift cards xmas/your b-day
(and $60 year works out $5 month it's not expensive)

it's because pay online system better psn.

example unlike psn, w/ xbl have lot less lag,the system never goes down,you don't kicked games much, can talk friends play different games @ same time, dlc before ps3 owners, policies against cheaters , hackers more strictly enforced, , of course personal info safer on microsoft servers because care security
