Outlet and light switch issues.?

well, there 2 light switches don't work , 2 outlets.
bedroom light switch working fine needed replacement replaced it. used tester, "volt snooper" non-contact voltage detector, , tells me there power @ bulb. have replaced 2 bulbs none of them working. replaced switches still no differences.

bathroom light doesn't work either.
bedroom , bathroom light should connected , should linked gfci outlet well.


bathroom has gfci , tester seems there no power @ all. tester non physical , can tell @ least if there power coming wires, there no power coming @ outlet. plug on other side of wall, seems not have power @ all.

have toggled circuit breaker several times there no change in outlet/switches condition.

did work around house putting cover , removing outlets. not grounded. put few light fixtures these work.

have pressed gfci test/reset multiple times there no changes. if gfci needs replacement , why voltage sensor not detect power coming outlet @ all?
