mean pregnancy diet? should have begun it...about 2 months ago, when found out pregnant. , should use whatever doctor recommends, generally, thought best diet well-balanced one, higher in fiber, higher in calories women eat, though less some...and foods avoided: raw meats , fish, cheeses. i'm sure doctor has briefed on eat , not eat next several months.
