Toyota Prius Fuel problem?

have 2010 toyota pris. driving ,the car started loose power shut off .i turned on move side.there check engine light on , message said check hybrid system. got car towed toyota dealer .when service @ dealer called me next day told me fuel had diesel said wasn't diesel had kind of contamination . went dealer today , showed me 2 clear bottles had fuel removed , other bottle had new fuel had purchased .the old fuel yellow , new fuel clear. 1 had problem before? buy fuel chevron , never had problem them before .btw put regular 87 octane
