Should teachers accept late homework?

if can't justify why should allowed turn in late homework shouldn't allowed to.

, dont deserve credit. wont answer question 3 reasons.

1. lazy
2. didnt try
3. relying on others work

i'm not trying mean... trying make point.

my teacher having credit , teacher wants give 3 reasons why teacher should accept late homework. helpful if commented 3 reasons why; thanks.
