assuming phone , not else's, means behind on phone bill , want pay bill. 2 options here. talk rep, , if owe bill, pay it. option 2 go different cell phone company , have number ported on them cause in default original phone provider. cause them send bill termination fees, if don't pay go on credit report.

long story short, talk rep , find out whats going on. if owe bill, pay or arrange payment plan , can restore service.

each time make call on cell phone says "your call has been redirected financial support". mean? have verizon wireless
