depends on really. if person prefer music on gaming take ipod touch, if you're gamer want option play mario , our old childhood games, or likes 2 screens the nintendo 3ds ex if want new , unique plus decent graphics , fancy controls..ps vita
i'd prefer ps vita since new , different, ipod touch more of device music, , side games, not proper ones. again, love games!
