Can we make a call to INDIA from DUBAI AIRPORT phone booth using indian RUPEES?

either need calling card (from india) or credit card perhaps . coins uae public phones don't take coins , cards. if how still have coin phone in airport ? take local money. calling card better. uk calling card work.
if staying @ hotel in dubai , alternative call hotel room expensive.

am going next week uk via dubai airport. can make call using indian currency booth orelse suggest easiest way make call rather mobile phones because cannot activate international roaming within short span of time.. in advance.
