New to long boarding. What type of board should I get?

@ sector 9 , landyachtz. both great board makers, though sector 9 gets lot of heat being crappy. that's because 90% of people sector 9's first longboard, people think noobs. landyachtz great brand also. jet boards around 70$ make great, , mean great decks.

commuting- want drop through deck because lower ground , easier push

downhill- drop throughs stable, love topmount though. personal preference, topmounts more turny turn on campus though.

longer decks more stable, less agile. need figure out how downhill youre going doing.

so want start longboarding.
i'll using board commute, light , heavy downhill, , campus cruising. attend hilly campus great start picking new hobby.

im 5'4 , weigh 130

have part time weekend job , in second year @ university. make £500 month. according pension funds, if pay 10% (£50) month, company double , money government means pay less £50. there different types of funds available, easiest being 'target fund' investment company moves money based on age. there index trackers , other equities/funds. can advise better long time investment.
