How do I change the power settings in Windows 8?

i've upgraded windows 7 home premium win 8 pro. when using win 7 - system message popped ask me change power settings preserve battery life. clicked accept change , charge until battery 80%. can't find option disable or revert default. i'd laptop charge normal 100%.

i'm using samsung rv510 laptop. i've been control panel , looked @ power options there seems option change when computer sleeps, how bright display should each power option ie. balanced, high performance etc nothing managing battery life or how charges. advice welcomed, :)
