bergamot

wild flowers bloomed, adorning hopes;
in conceived garden both laughed;
white smile of roses while asked,
if stare @ him on slopes.

gypsy climbed beyond ridge,
nothing white thin clouds,
bergamot , mind's doubts,
have passed across soul's time bridge.

gypsy watched forms vanish,
in air town hung , balls,
dancers smiled saddened souls,
merriment's manners waggish.

amid dancers brilliant laced,
graceful princess smiled him,
bergamot there hint,
transmittance space-braced.

beyond ridge angels wandered;
or clouds turned rain?
bergamot sung refrain,
on slopes cloud dancers sole pondered:

(the gypsy jumps above ridge,
gypsy laughs while dancers bow,
splendid waltz makes them glow,
1 princess waits on time's bridge.)

unspoken , crags,
returned bergamot's refrain;
o, beatitude's soft rain,
washed down slopes verses sung.
