chronically milk-intolerant point doctor said if don't stop permanently mess stomach , throat. it's painful , there blood in stool milk well. i'm cut off.

wondering if knows of can buy milk free cheese, ice-cream, yogurt , other products. looked in both grocery stores , didn't have anything...whatsoever except soymilk.
