17 , looking first car. going buy myself 2002-2005 honda civic coupe. wanted have guys opinions on car. care less if don't have stylish car on block. want reliable, safe, , gas mileage.

know these great gas mileage, these cars reliable? repairs cost lot since it's foreign car? car safer others when wrecked? need v-tec engine? (not sure difference is.)
